and we require 3 almonds and grind it with grinder machine
mix lemon juice and grinded almonds with the help of table spoon. mix this paste for 3 mints continuosly. after aply this paste. message this paste for 20 mints at your hole mouth and use this paste 3 times in a week and 12 times in a month.
